This policy applies to all purchases made on www.rshamptonbooks.com. Purchases made through retail partners are not covered by this policy. Each book format has unique terms outlined below.
Available Countries
At this time, all products on rshamptonbooks.com are available in the US only. This applies to all book formats, including e-books and audiobooks.
For orders outside of the US, customers can purchase through these trusted retailers: Amazon, Audible, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and Google Play.
International Expansion: Availability in CA, UK, EU, and AU is anticipated to open in 2026-2027. Stay tuned!
Customer Responsibility for Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and shipping information at checkout. If a mistake or error occurs, contact info@rshamptonbooks.com immediately for assistance.
R.S. Hampton Books is not responsible for lost packages or missing email deliveries due to incorrect customer-provided information at checkout.
Digital Products (E-books and Audiobooks)
Delivery System
R.S. Hampton Books uses BookFunnel to securely and instantly deliver all e-books and audiobooks to customers.
When an order containing e-books and/or audiobooks is placed, the order information is automatically sent to BookFunnel, which delivers the purchased content directly to the customer's email address used at checkout.
What to Expect After Purchase
Customers will receive two emails:

An order confirmation email from R.S. Hampton Books

A file delivery email from BookFunnel with a download link
Both emails are sent instantly and should be received within minutes of placing the order.
If you haven't received your emails within 24 hours: Check your spam and promotional folders first, then contact info@rshamptonbooks.com for assistance.
Pre-Orders for E-books and Audiobooks
Pre-orders are available once a publish date is determined. Payment is collected immediately at the time of pre-order. The e-book or audiobook will be delivered via email on the book's official publish date.

E-books purchased on rshamptonbooks.com are formatted for and available to download onto the following devices:

The BookFunnel delivery email includes instructions for downloading the book onto your preferred reading device. If assistance is required, reply to the delivery email from BookFunnel. The BookFunnel team is responsible for providing assistance with accessing e-books delivered through their system.
Audiobook Delivery Details
Audiobooks purchased on rshamptonbooks.com are available for listening on the BookFunnel App only.
To access and listen to your purchased audiobook, you must have a BookFunnel account and the BookFunnel app on your listening device.
Important: BookFunnel audiobooks cannot be imported into Audible, Apple Books, or Spotify due to DRM and file format restrictions.
Most books on rshamptonbooks.com are available on Audible and other streaming services for customers who do not have BookFunnel or prefer not to use it. Visit the desired book's product page to discover other available streaming options.
Print Products (Paperbacks and Hardcovers)
Print-On-Demand Process
R.S. Hampton Books uses a Print-On-Demand (POD) partner, BookVault, to print and ship all print book orders. All print book processing, printing, packing, and shipping is handled by BookVault.
Once an order for a print book is placed on rshamptonbooks.com, BookVault automatically receives the order information and queues it for production. After printing, BookVault packages and ships the book(s) to the customer's address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for accurately entering their name and address information at checkout.

Carriers and Shipping Rates
Carriers are determined by BookVault at the time of checkout based on items ordered and customer location. The fastest, most cost-effective options are presented at checkout.
Carriers used for domestic (US) orders include, but are not limited to: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the shipment and delivery destination.
Shipping options: Currently, expedited and overnight delivery options are not available on rshamptonbooks.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
R.S. Hampton Books is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We are unable to replace or refund merchandise that has been confirmed as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

Note that packages may show as "delivered" up to 36 hours prior to actual arrival in rare cases
