Refund policy


Introduction

This policy applies to all purchases made on www.rshamptonbooks.com. Purchases made through retail partners are not covered by this policy. Each book format has unique terms outlined below.


General Policy: All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Books in all formats are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes cannot be accommodated for books in any format:

  • E-books and audiobooks are delivered immediately upon purchase, making them ineligible for cancellation or changes.

  • Print book orders enter BookVault's print queue immediately after checkout and cannot be cancelled or modified.


Refunds

All sales are final. Books in all formats are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any book format.


Exceptions

Digital Products (E-books and Audiobooks)

No exceptions will be made for e-book and audiobook purchases.

Print Products (Paperbacks and Hardcovers)

Print book damage exception: If a print book arrives severely damaged, please contact info@rshamptonbooks.com for assistance.

Eligibility for a reprint and reshipment of the book is at the sole discretion of R.S. Hampton Books.

Reprint and reship process: If a print book is approved for reprint and reshipment, R.S. Hampton Books will contact BookVault on behalf of the customer to remediate the order. Reprints and reshipments are subject to BookVault's estimated processing time and carrier shipping times. Please see the Order & Shipping Policy for further details.
